1. Download the ZIP above and unzip it.
2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc or Opera.
3. Enable Developer mode (top-right toggle).
4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder containing manifest.json.
5. The Swift Bookmarks library opens automatically. Click the toolbar icon anytime to save a page.
